STAGE 2 – Defining a Clear Objective

STAGE 3 – Bespoke Programme Design
Upon a provisional booking, our design team develop a programme by collaborating with change agents within your organisation. A programme and recommended approach is presented including full costs. Once agreed, a booking is confirmed
STAGE 4 – Programme Delivery
An energetic and interactive programme is delivered by our experienced Course Directors and Facilitators at a suitable location.
STAGE 5- Transfer of learning into the work environment to guarantee results
We determine clear goals and provide one to one coaching, (8, one hour individual sessions) to ensure action plans are implemented through tried and tested techniques.
STAGE 6 – Review and Evaluation
